My skills

I can deal with work packages treated externally or support you internally. My main activity field is aeronautic, but this is not exclusive. The following list gives an overview of my area of competence.

Analytical dimensioning of metallic or composite parts based on the standard bibliographic references (Timoshenko, Niu, Gay, etc.):

static analysis

fatigue analysis

stability analysis

Finite elements dimensioning of metallic or composite parts. I carry out these FEM analysis with FEMAP with NX NASTRAN (with my own licence).

  linear static analysis         (SOL NASTRAN 101)

  linear buckling analysis     (SOL NASTRAN 105)

  non linear analysis            (SOL NASTRAN 106)

  Development using FEMAP API : FEMAP internal programming language, allowing the automation of various FEM processes (among other exemples : mesh creation, optimisation algorithms, specific failure criterions, etc.).

This software has also the capacity to export models for PATRAN and IDEAS pre-processors and to code for MSC NASTRAN, ANSYS and ABAQUS solvers (non exhaustive list).

Redaction of stress analysis notes.

Redaction and verification of structural certification documents. My involvment with the company Aircraft Design and Certification (ADxC), holding an EASA Part 21 DOA (Design Organization Approval), leads me to fulfill the function of Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE).

My native language is French. I speak fluently English and Spanish. I master the basics of German.
